Returns Policy
General Returns Information
At Mad Fox Choppers, we stand by the manufacturer's stated returns policies for their products. We have summarized the manufacturer stated policies below for your convenience. Manufacturer's returns policies may change without notice. Please consult the manufacturer's websites for up to date returns policy and restocking fee information.
Prior to returning items, please contact us at (630) 746-0861 to recieve an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and returns shipping address. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and can send the returned product through any desired shipping method, but it is recommended that the package be insured to protect the package as Mad Fox Choppers is not responsible for damage that may occur while shipping items back to us. Packages will be inspected for return, and returns will be processed according to manufacturer returns policies below.
Tucker Rocky
- Within 15 days of receipt
- Return Freight & Restocking fee not charged on returns found to be defective or not as ordered
- Non-Defective returns (customer convenience returns) need pre-paid freight & charged a restocking fee
- Closeout or discontinued product non-returnable unless mis-shipped or covered by warranty
- Items returned in new condition with damaged packaging subject to a repackaging fee up to 35%
Rivera Primo
- Within 30 days
- Returns due to shipping error or manufacturing defect will be accepted at no charge
- Otherwise, up to 25% restocking fee
Barnett
- Returns sent pre-paid – no CODs
- 20% restocking charge unless defective or shipping error
- No returns on custom, made to order unless defective
Kuryakyn
- Subject to a 20% restocking fee unless defective or shipping error
- No return on discontinued or closeout products
S&S
- S&S must be notified within 5 working days of receipt of shipment that has shortages or incorrect or damaged parts
- Returned to S&S within 10 days
- Parts must be packaged to prevent any damage during shipment
- Returns must be sent to S&S insured and prepaid – No COD’s
- Need copy of original receipt & details of reason for return
- Upon Acceptance of returned parts by S&S, the customer will be charged a minimum restocking fee equal to 20% of the total value of the parts
Kraft Tech
- Returns within 30 days of receipt
- Restocking fee charged unless otherwise specified
- All returns must be pre-paid and are subject to inspection
- All returned merchandise must be packaged properly. Customer is responsible for damage caused during shipping due to inadequate packaging
Midwest
- Must be prepaid and insured
- Returns made within 10 days of receipt
- Midwest will not accept any electrical parts that have been installed and run unless they can confirm the part is in fact defective and it will be at their discretion
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Drag Specialties
- Does not guarantee the items sold or warrant the merchantability or fitness of purpose, manufacturers supply their own warranties and guarantees and most of them do not permit a wholesaler or distributor to make any adjustment, replace any part or accept for return or exchange any defective or unsatisfactory item. Any damages arising from the design or manufacturing of any item are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer
All Other Manufacturers
- We will follow each manufacturer's specific returns policies as stated by the product manufacturers
- Restocking fee will apply for most non-defective items. Restocking fee varies depending on manufacturer.
